Having been in Buenos Aires for almost ten days, I have had the distinct impression that the Argentinians love their dogs and that they love their sweets... especially sweets with dulce de leche.

Some of the little ones were shivering, as it has been very cold, so it was a good thing that they were bundled up in coats and warming up in the sun
